dedicated full-time welders (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Reading plans and drawings and taking or reading measurements to plan the layout and process
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on the requirements
• Setting up the components to be welded according to specifications
• Operating angle grinders to prepare the components to be welded
• Aligning components with measuring gauges, rulers, etc. and clamping components
• Welding of components with manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions
• (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
• Programming and operating automatic welding machines
• Repairing machines and other components by welding and filling gaps
• Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to detect defects
• Adequate maintenance of equipment so that safety is not compromised

Your profile:

• Proven professional experience as a welder
• Experience with a variety of welding equipment and processes
• Experience in handling electrical or manual tools (saws, measuring tools, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing
  (face protection, gloves, etc.)
• Skill and attention to detail
• Successful completion of an appropriate training program is required
• Professional certification (e.g. welding certificate according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1) is an advantage
• Planning and organizational skills
• You are creative, innovative and like to optimize
• You work independently, are flexible, a team player and able to work under pressure
• Your way of working is characterized by great care and commitment
