To strengthen our team in Sprokhövel, we are looking for dedicated full-time
CNC/NC cutting machine operators (m/f/d) with immediate effect

Your area of responsibility:

• Programming, setting up and operating CNC/NC processing machines
• Programming of different and complex workpieces, individual parts, small series, no series production (turning, milling, grinding)
• Creating programs with various control systems and geometry-supported programming systems
• Determine processing taking into account the different materials and material behavior
• Simulate production in the system, correct errors, document corrections and save the finished program
• Optimization of set-up times by defining the order sequence
• Set up the machines, request workpieces and material, determine clamping options, set up fixtures if necessary
• Setting the tools and measuring them, transferring correction values and tool data to the CNC machine
• Measure and check the manufactured parts and carry out tool changes
• Correct faults and, if necessary, pass them on, document and correct rework and rejects

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) (at least 3 years)
• Very good practical knowledge of independent programming, setting up and operating CNC/NC machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Distinct spatial imagination
• Basic knowledge of fixture construction
• Planning and organizational skills
• You are creative, innovative and like to optimize
• You work independently, are flexible, a team player and able to work under pressure
• Your way of working is characterized by great care and commitment
